In order to provide a calm and relaxing space, and as our cottages contain some elements that may be unsafe for children or toddlers, the minimum age for staying in one of our cottages is 14 years. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent.

No. The materials used in the construction of our cottages are not well-suited to pets and could be easily damaged. Additionally, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets to avoid allergens.

Yes. The cottages offer access to the lake, which is just a 2-3 minute walk away. Directions are provided in the house manual inside the cottages.

To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the arrival date.
If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date but not within 48 hours of booking, you will be refunded 50% of all booked nights.
If you cancel after this period, no refund will be possible.

We believe that the experience of staying in our cottages should be authentic and reflect the true satisfaction of our guests. We prioritize honest and spontaneous reviews from our clients, as this allows us to maintain a trustworthy relationship with our community. Additionally, we prefer to focus our resources on continuously improving our services and the guest experience, rather than on marketing campaigns influenced by paid partnerships. We encourage our clients to share their stay naturally if they wish to.

Each cottage is equipped with a single camera located at the front, near the entrance door. This allows us to ensure that our guests’ arrivals go smoothly. There are no cameras on the balcony (near the hot tub) or inside the cottages.

Each cottage is equipped with a Wallbox 48-amp electric vehicle charging station.

Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out must be done before 11 AM. The necessary instructions will be sent to you via email once your booking is confirmed. Any request to modify check-in or check-out times can only be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Before departing, please tidy up the cottage by:

-Washing any dishes used during your stay and returning them to their respective cupboards.

-Removing any perishable food items from the refrigerator and pantry you have brought with you.

-Gathering used towels, bath robes, slippers, pillow cases, duvet cover and sheets and placing them in the shower.

-Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the appropriate bins provided outside the cottage. Ensure that the lids are securely closed to prevent any wildlife from accessing the trash.

-Help conserve energy by turning off all lights, appliances, fireplaces, and electronic devices before leaving the cottage. Check that faucets are properly shut off to prevent any leaks.

-Make sure that the cover of the hot tub is correctly in place and its temperature has been set back to 100 degrees in fall and winter, and 95 degrees in the spring and summer months.

-During the spring and summer months, please make sure to put the A/C remote back in the wall bracket and set it to 23 degrees

-Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.

-Before leaving, take a final walk-through of the cottage to ensure that nothing has been left behind. Check closets, drawers, and storage areas to reclaim any personal belongings.

Although a cleaning fee is included in your booking, this fee covers the deep cleaning of the cottage to prepare it for the next guests. We don’t ask you to clean the cottage but simply to tidy up after your stay. This includes doing the dishes, taking out the trash, and stripping the bed. By taking care of these small tasks, you help us ensure that the cottage remains in pristine condition for the next guests, while allowing our cleaning team to focus on thoroughly disinfecting and deep cleaning the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! When you book one of our cottages, you agree to follow the house rules and check-out instructions.

Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially during late hours from 10 PM to 9 AM.
The cottage is non-smoking. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated areas.
No pets are allowed.
Please keep the cottage clean and in good condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply for non-compliance.
Follow the waste sorting guidelines and recycle when possible.
Use the hot tub with caution, follow the usage instructions, and make sure to close the cover properly after use.
Turn off lights, electronic devices, and heating when they are not needed.
The cottages are designed for two people only. It is not allowed to exceed this maximum occupancy. Visitors are only allowed if registered with the hosts.

Guests are responsible for reimbursing any damages caused to the property and its equipment.
A $600 fee will be charged if the hot tub water needs to be replaced after your stay.

Yes. We automatically place a $650 hold on the credit card on file of every guest two days before arrival. This is not an actual charge but a temporary authorization to ensure coverage in case of damages. The hold is released within two days after checkout, provided nothing is damaged or broken, the hot tub does not requires a full water change due to misuse and no damage or abnormal cleaning required..

If the hold does not go through, we will contact you to provide another credit card. If no valid card can be provided, the reservation will unfortunately be cancelled without refund.
